EZ-Strip Low Odor Floor Stripper is a commercial floor stripper designed for effective floor finish removal with reduced odor and longer working time. Its butyl-based formula helps remove old floor coatings while supporting use in occupied spaces where lower odor is preferred.
EZ-Strip 517 is designed for VCT, linoleum, terrazzo, marble, concrete, quarry tile, and other compatible commercial hard floors. It is a strong fit for schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, office buildings, airports, hospitality properties, and restoration crews preparing floors for new sealer, finish, or coating programs.

Application Directions
- Mix stripper according to directions for heavy, normal, or light coating removal.
- Apply solution liberally to the floor and allow it to soak.
- Do not allow stripper solution to dry on the floor.
- Scrub floor with an automatic scrubber or stripping machine.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow floor to dry completely before applying sealer, finish, or coating.
