How do I order parts?
If you do not already have part numbers for the parts you need, you will need to locate a diagram/parts manual on our website to find the correct part numbers for your machine model. Once you have the part numbers, you can then search those numbers in the search bar and the parts and price will come up for you to order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All parts are special order from the manufacturer and can take between 1-21 business days to ship. Occasionally a part may be backordered from the manufacturer and cause delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If we are informed that a part is backordered for an extended period of time from the manufacturer, we will notify you.
Why does my order status say “Awaiting Fulfillment”?
This means that your order is currently processing and we are waiting to receive the parts in from the manufacturer. All parts are special order and typically take around 7-10 business days to ship. Once shipped your order status will change to “Shipped” and a tracking number will be emailed to you. If it has been after 10 business days and your order still says “Awaiting Fulfillment” you may contact [email protected] for more information.
Where can I find a diagram/parts manual for my machine?
Links to diagrams can be found under the Parts Manuals tab on our webpage. All manuals are separated by machine manufacturer, machine type and model.
The part number I have does not come up in search.
Some part numbers located on diagrams can have dashes (-) or periods (.), if you are searching the part number with the dashes and periods and it is not coming up then try to search the number without using any of the symbols. If the part number still will not come up, it may have been discontinued or the part number may have changed. You can contact [email protected] and we will look into this for you.
I do not know what model machine I have.
If do not know what model machine you have then you will need to contact the manufacturer. They will be able to look up serial numbers to determine what model you have. Phone numbers to call for each manufacturer the page. You can also email us at [email protected].
I cannot find a diagram/parts manual for my model on your website.
If a diagram/parts manual is not available on the website for your exact machine model then you will need to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer should be able to provide a diagram or help you determine the correct part numbers for what you need. Phone numbers to call for each manufacturer the page. The diagram I found on the website does not seem to match up with my machine.
Some machine models can have older and newer versions. If you feel that the diagram for your model is not matching up correctly with what you have, it is important that you verify with the manufacturer. I cannot find the part I'm looking for on the diagram.

Do you have a picture of the part?
Pictures are not available for parts. You can locate the part on the diagram/parts manual for your machine to get a better idea of what the part looks like.
How much is shipping/freight?
We have a flat shipping fee of $12.95 per part order and shipping varies per machine as long as it is shipping within the continental U.S. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you will need to email [email protected] to determine exact freight charges. Additional frieght charges will be automatically billed for Hawaii and Alaska if placed online.
Can I expedite my order?
Call us at 956-772-4842 to see if this is possible. This will vary per manufacturer.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We can only ship to the U.S. at this time.
What is the status of my order?
All parts are special order and can take around 2-21 business days to ship. A tracking number will be emailed to you. If it is after 21 business days and you have not received a tracking number you may contact [email protected] to check the status of your order.
What if we are tax exempt?
All online orders are automatically tax exempt unless it is shipping to Texas. For orders shipping to Texas that are tax exempt please create an account and contact [email protected] before placing your order. We will then be able to change your account to tax exempt.
What are your return policies?
Return policies vary by manufacturer. Most orders can be returned with a 30% restocking fee, some manufacturers do not accept returns and therefore are non-returnable. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
Can I cancel an order I placed?
Our order cancellation policy varies by manufacturer. Some manufacturer of parts cannot be cancelled, others can be cancelled with a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
I received the wrong part.
