Flash 55 Low-Foaming Floor Stripper is a fast-acting commercial floor stripper designed for aggressive coating removal, multiple coat removal, and high-burnished floor finish removal. Its low-foaming formula helps support recovery with wet/dry vacuums or automatic scrubbers.
Flash 55 516 is designed for VCT, marmoleum, linoleum, terrazzo, marble, concrete, quarry tile, and other compatible commercial hard floors. It is a strong fit for schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, airports, hospitality properties, and floor restoration crews preparing floors for new sealer, finish, or coating programs.

Application Directions
- Mix stripper according to directions for heavy, normal, or light coating removal.
- Apply solution liberally to the floor and allow it to soak.
- Do not allow stripper solution to dry on the floor.
- Scrub floor with an automatic scrubber or stripping machine.
- Recover solution with a wet/dry vacuum or automatic scrubber.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow floor to dry completely before applying sealer, finish, or coating.
