Karcher Salt and Ice Melt Remover is a professional cleaning detergent designed to remove heavy soil and damaging road salt residue from fleet vehicles, trucks, construction equipment, and other exterior surfaces exposed to winter salt and ice melt chemicals.
Its chelating action helps break down the crystalline structure of ice melt salt and helps prevent salt residue from crystallizing back onto the surface, making it easier to rinse away with the rest of the dirt and soil.

Application Directions
- For salted vehicle and equipment areas, dilute 1:16 to 1:32 according to soil and salt buildup.
- Apply diluted solution using a foaming pressure nozzle or compatible application system.
- Apply detergent from the bottom up and allow the solution to penetrate.
- Allow up to 15 minutes of dwell time, but do not allow product to dry on the surface.
- Rinse thoroughly from the top down using clean water.
- For general pressure washer vehicle cleaning, the product may be metered up to 1:100.
- Use caution on unprotected aluminum wheels and always test in an inconspicuous area before full application.
