Karcher Hood and Duct Degreaser is a professional degreaser designed to remove dangerous grease buildup from exhaust hoods, duct systems, foodservice equipment, and commercial kitchen surfaces.
This phosphate-free cleaner is designed for use with hot water pressure washers, steam or mechanical cleaning devices, soak tanks, and compatible application tools. It can also be used to pressure wash foodservice grills, fryers, broilers, and ovens when used according to label directions.

Application Directions
- For general hood and duct degreasing, dilute at 1:30 with water.
- For heavy duty grease buildup, dilute at 1:10 or use a stronger concentration according to label directions.
- Apply diluted solution to the surface and allow it to penetrate grease buildup.
- Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
- Apply detergent from the bottom up.
- Rinse thoroughly from the top down using clean water.
- Rinse food contact surfaces thoroughly with potable water after cleaning.
- Less detergent may be needed when applied with a hot water pressure washer.
- Read all label directions and Safety Data Sheet before use.
