Formula X-TREME Low-Foaming Floor Stripper is a concentrated commercial floor stripper designed for powerful floor finish removal with low odor and low foaming recovery. Its non-ammoniated, butyl-based formula is built for facilities that need strong stripping performance while using less product, less storage space, and less packaging waste.
Formula X-TREME 549 is designed for VCT, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, and other compatible commercial hard floors. It is a strong choice for schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, office buildings, airports, hospitality properties, and restoration crews preparing floors for new sealer, finish, or coating programs.

Application Directions
- Mix stripper according to directions for heavy, normal, or light coating removal.
- Apply solution liberally to the floor and allow it to soak.
- Do not allow stripper solution to dry on the floor.
- Scrub floor with an automatic scrubber or stripping machine.
- Recover solution with a wet/dry vacuum or automatic scrubber.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow floor to dry completely before applying sealer, finish, or coating.
