Lumen L142 Floor Coating is a durable commercial floor coating and sealer designed to provide a long-lasting wet-look appearance with strong high-gloss burnish response. The advanced acrylic co-polymer formula helps protect floors while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
Lumen L142 is designed for VCT, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, concrete, and other properly prepared compatible hard floor surfaces. It is a strong fit for schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, offices, hospitality properties, airports, and other high-traffic commercial buildings.

Application Directions
- For porous floors or high-traffic areas, apply 2 thin coats of floor sealer.
- Apply thin coats of Lumen L142 using a clean synthetic mop.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly between coats.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly before burnishing.
- Read all label directions and Safety Data Sheet before use.
Disinfectant Compatibility
The following Pioneer Eclipse disinfectants are listed as safe for this floor coating when correctly diluted and used according to product directions. Bleach and other corrosives may cause damage.
