Lumen L122 Floor Coating is a fast-drying floor coating and sealer designed to deliver a wet-look gloss with strong burnish response. The advanced acrylic co-polymer formula helps provide repairable durability for commercial floor care programs.
Lumen L122 is designed for use on VCT, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, concrete, and other properly prepared compatible hard floor surfaces. It is a strong fit for schools, healthcare facilities, retail buildings, offices, airports, hospitality facilities, and other high-traffic commercial environments.

Application Directions
- For porous floors or high-traffic areas, apply 2 thin coats of floor sealer.
- Apply thin coats of Lumen L122 using a clean synthetic mop.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly between coats.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly before burnishing.
- Read all label directions and Safety Data Sheet before use.
Disinfectant Compatibility
The following Pioneer Eclipse disinfectants are listed as safe for this floor coating when correctly diluted and used according to product directions. Bleach and other corrosives may cause damage.
