EnviroStar All Purpose Neutralizer is a professional floor neutralizer designed to remove alkaline residue, de-icing salt residue, and ice melt buildup from washable hard floor surfaces. It is ideal for winter floor care, floor restoration, and post-strip rinse procedures where alkaline residue can affect floor appearance or finish adhesion.
EnviroStar 338 is a low-odor acid cleaner and neutralizer for commercial facilities using mop-and-bucket cleaning, automatic scrubbers, or routine maintenance programs. It can be used on terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, concrete, linoleum, treated wood, and other compatible washable floors.

Dilution & Use Guide
- Salt & Ice Melt Residue: Dilute according to label directions based on soil level.
- Alkaline Residue Neutralizing: Apply diluted solution to help neutralize residue left behind by alkaline cleaners or strippers.
- Automatic Scrubber Use: Use diluted product in the solution tank and recover soil solution according to normal scrubber procedures.
- Mop-On Application: Apply diluted solution with a clean mop and pick up residue as needed.
Directions
- Dilute EnviroStar All Purpose Neutralizer with water according to product label directions.
- Apply to the floor using a mop, bucket, or automatic scrubber.
- Allow solution to contact residue long enough to loosen buildup.
- Scrub or mop the floor as needed.
- Pick up solution and rinse if required by the floor care process.
