Ultra-Concentrated All Purpose Cleaner for Floors & Washable Surfaces
EnviroStar Ultra All Purpose Cleaner is an environmentally preferred, ultra-concentrated cleaner designed for routine commercial floor and surface maintenance. This synthetic water-based cleaner removes dirt and soil without leaving residue behind, making it a strong choice for schools, healthcare facilities, offices, retail stores, and other commercial buildings.
EnviroStar 339 can be diluted for light, medium, or heavy cleaning and used with a damp mop or automatic scrubber. It is suitable for many washable surfaces, including VCT, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, linoleum, treated wood, and other compatible hard surfaces.

Dilution Guide
- Light Cleaning: 1:1024 / 0.125 oz per gallon of cold water
- Medium Cleaning: 1:512 / 0.25 oz per gallon of cold water
- Heavy Cleaning: 1:256 / 0.5 oz per gallon of cold water
- Deep Scrub Maintenance: 1:256 / 0.5 oz per gallon of cold water
Directions
- Dilute EnviroStar 339 with cold water according to the cleaning level needed.
- For routine maintenance, damp mop or autoscrub using an appropriate red cleaning pad.
- Burnish with the recommended burnisher and pad when used as part of a floor maintenance program.
- For deep scrub maintenance, dilute at 1:256 and use an automatic scrubber with the appropriate scrub pads.
- Rinse the floor with clean cold water and allow the surface to dry before recoating.
