Product Description
XPOWER X-4700A & X-4700AM 750 CFM HEPA Air Scrubber Series
Professional 3-stage air scrubbers with variable-speed airflow, two GFCI daisy-chain outlets, HEPA filtration, a filter-change indicator, and an optional hour meter.
Product Overview
The XPOWER X-4700A and X-4700AM Professional HEPA Air Scrubbers provide portable air filtration for water-damage restoration, construction, renovation, mold-remediation containment, fire and smoke cleanup, and indoor air-quality applications.
Both models deliver up to 750 CFM through a three-stage filtration system consisting of an NFS16 nylon filter, PF16 pleated filter, and HEPA50 primary HEPA filter. Variable-speed control allows airflow to be adjusted for the room size, containment area, filter condition, and project requirements.
The standard X-4700A includes the complete professional filtration and GFCI daisy-chain system. The X-4700AM adds an integrated hour meter for tracking equipment runtime, maintenance intervals, rental use, and billable operating hours.

Recommended Applications
Helps filter airborne particulates during drying, demolition, cleanup, and structural-restoration work.
Supports dust control during drywall work, sanding, demolition, remodeling, and building repairs.
Provides portable HEPA filtration for properly established containment and negative-air setups.
An optional activated-carbon filter can assist with smoke odors, pet odors, and certain noxious gases.
Suitable for schools, hotels, offices, healthcare facilities, multifamily properties, and public buildings.
Captures airborne particles while recirculating filtered air through enclosed work areas.
Professional Air-Scrubbing Features
Progressive filtration uses a nylon prefilter, pleated media filter, and primary HEPA filter to help capture particles while protecting the main filter.
Adjust airflow from approximately 700 to 2,850 RPM to match the room, containment area, duct setup, and filter condition.
The HEPA50 filter is the final filtration stage and measures approximately 16 × 16 inches with a 2-inch thickness.
A warning light indicates when airflow resistance suggests that the primary HEPA filter requires inspection or replacement.
Built-in protected receptacles allow compatible equipment to be daisy-chained within the electrical limits stated in the owner’s manual.
The X-4700AM records equipment runtime for billable-hour tracking, fleet management, and maintenance documentation.
The fitted cap covers the intake during movement or storage to help contain captured contamination between work areas.
The approximately 5 × 10.8-inch air outlet supports compatible exhaust ducting for containment and negative-air applications.
Built-in thermal protection helps protect the motor and electrical system during demanding professional operation.
The durable injection-molded housing allows up to five units to be stacked for organized storage.
The heavy-duty cord provides practical reach across restoration, construction, and containment work areas.
Integrated carrying handles and a compact footprint make the air scrubber easier to transport between rooms and job sites.
Three-Stage Filter System
16 × 16-inch nylon mesh prefilter for larger particles and debris.
16 × 16-inch pleated media filter that protects the primary HEPA filter.
16 × 16-inch primary HEPA filter with approximately 2-inch thickness.
An optional activated-carbon filter may be used for applications involving smoke odors, pet odors, and certain gaseous contaminants. Confirm the correct filter configuration before ordering.
Air Scrubbing and Negative-Air Operation
For general air scrubbing, the unit can recirculate filtered air within an enclosed room. For properly designed negative-air containment, compatible exhaust ducting may be attached and routed outside the controlled area.
Containment design, airflow requirements, pressure monitoring, personal protective equipment, and remediation procedures should be established by qualified professionals for the specific project.
