Ultra High Performance Non-Ammoniated Floor Stripper
Formula X UHP Floor Stripper is a non-ammoniated, ultra high performance commercial floor stripper designed for powerful floor finish removal with reduced odor and long open time. Its butyl-based formula helps remove old coatings from properly prepared hard floor surfaces.
Formula X 503 is designed for VCT, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, and other compatible commercial hard floors. It is a strong choice for schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, office buildings, airports, hospitality properties, and restoration crews preparing floors for new finish or coating programs.

Application Directions
- Mix stripper according to directions for heavy, normal, or light coating removal.

- Scrub floor with an automatic scrubber or stripping machine.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow floor to dry completely before applying sealer, finish, or coating.
