Penetrating Sealer for Concrete, Terrazzo & Hard Floor Surfaces
Eclipse Penetrating Sealer is a professional indoor/outdoor hard floor sealer designed to resist stains and etching while helping make hard floor surfaces easier to maintain and clean. It is ideal for commercial concrete, terrazzo, cementitious marble, quarry tile, and other compatible hard floor surfaces.
Eclipse 426 is a ready-to-use, water-based fluorochemical penetrating sealer that helps protect porous hard floor surfaces without changing the natural appearance of the floor. It is transparent, low VOC, and designed for commercial and industrial hard floor care programs.

Directions
- Eclipse Penetrating Sealer is ready to use. Do not dilute.
- Clean the floor. If heavily soiled, clean with a degreaser.
- Rinse floor thoroughly with water and allow to dry completely.
- Fill a pump-up sprayer with sealer according to the required coverage rate.
- Spray the floor completely with the spray head set to a medium spray. Do not apply so heavily that puddles form.
- Highly porous surfaces such as concrete may require a second treatment after the first treatment is dry, usually 15 - 30 minutes.
- Maintain treated floors with a neutral all-purpose cleaner.

- Read all label directions and Safety Data Sheet before use.
- Keep container sealed when not in use.
- Keep from freezing.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not pour unused product from a bucket back into the original container.
- If desired, remove dried excess sealer with a sponge, squeegee, or automatic scrubber.
