Matte & High Gloss Floor Coating for LVT and Low-Maintenance Floors
Helios H106 Floor Coating is a durable polymer emulsion floor coating designed to rejuvenate and protect LVT and other low-maintenance commercial flooring. It is available in both Matte and High Gloss finishes, giving facilities the flexibility to choose a low-sheen modern appearance or a brighter high-gloss floor finish.
Helios H106 is highly resistant to scuffs and black heel marks and is formulated with no intentionally added PFAS. The matte version includes nano-ceramic matting technology to help maintain a consistent matte appearance that will not burnish from traffic patterns or routine maintenance.

Application Directions
- Apply thin coats using a clean synthetic mop.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly between coats.

Disinfectant Compatibility
The following Pioneer Eclipse disinfectants are listed as safe for this floor coating when correctly diluted and used according to product directions. Bleach and other corrosives may cause damage.
