Hard Floor Protector for Concrete, Terrazzo, Marble & Quarry Tile
LockOut Hard Floor Protector was a micro-film forming surface treatment designed to harden, protect, and improve the appearance of compatible hard floors. It created a breathable, ultra-hard, water- and dust-repellent surface while offering stain protection and burnishable gloss potential.
Pioneer Eclipse LockOut 423 was designed for commercial hard floor maintenance programs on cementitious terrazzo, concrete, marble, and quarry tile. It was commonly used by facilities seeking added protection and gloss without a traditional floor finish system.

Application Directions
The following directions are retained for customers who previously purchased LockOut 423. Always refer to the original product label and Safety Data Sheet before using any remaining product.
- Clean the floor with a neutral cleaner and allow the floor to dry thoroughly.
- Apply thinly and evenly using a pump-up sprayer.
- Spread evenly with a clean microfiber applicator or lint-free flat fiber mop.
- Allow the product to dry thoroughly.
- Burnish the floor using a hair blend pad.
- Apply a second coat following the same process.
- Do not allow water on the floor for at least 24 hours after application.

- For commercial and industrial use only.
- Read all label directions and Safety Data Sheet before use.
- Use only on compatible hard floor surfaces.
- Use proper ventilation and recommended personal protective equipment.
- Keep container sealed when not in use.
- Protect product from freezing.
