LockOut Hard Floor Protector is a micro-film forming surface treatment designed to harden, protect, and improve the appearance of compatible hard floors. It helps create a breathable, ultra-hard, water- and dust-repellent surface while offering stain protection and burnishable gloss potential.
Pioneer Eclipse LockOut 423 is designed for commercial hard floor maintenance programs on cementitious terrazzo, concrete, marble, and quarry tile. It is a strong choice for facilities that want added protection and gloss without using a traditional floor finish system.

Application Directions
- Clean the floor with a neutral cleaner and allow the floor to dry thoroughly.
- Apply thinly and evenly using a pump-up sprayer.
- Spread evenly with a clean microfiber applicator or lint-free flat fiber mop.
- Allow the product to dry thoroughly.
- Burnish the floor using a hair blend pad.
- Apply a second coat following the same process.
- Do not allow water on the floor for at least 24 hours after application.
