Karcher Vital Oxide is a ready-to-use disinfectant cleaner, sanitizer, mold killer, allergen eliminator, and odor eliminator for professional cleaning programs.
This no-mix formula can be applied by spray, wipe, fog, electrostatic sprayer, compression sprayer, or misting device. It is designed for hard surfaces, food-contact sanitizing, soft-surface sanitizing by spot treatment, HVAC and air duct antimicrobial control, and odor control applications.

Application Directions
- Use ready to use; no mixing is required.
- Read the EPA label and Safety Data Sheet thoroughly before use.
- Apply by trigger spray, spray and wipe, sponge, cloth, mop, electrostatic sprayer, compression sprayer, fogging, or misting device.
- Wet the surface thoroughly according to the label directions for the intended use.
- Observe the correct contact time for disinfecting, sanitizing, mold control, odor control, or allergen treatment.
- For food-contact sanitizing, follow the product label and NSF D2 sanitizer directions.
- For soft surfaces, use as a spot treatment only where approved by the label.
- Do not use on clothing.
- Use only with adequate ventilation.
- Do not mix with other chemicals, especially strong acids.
