Warranty Coverage: • Machine Parts: 2-year limited warranty covering structural and mechanical defects • Labor Allowance: 1-year limited allowance for covered warranty repairs • Motors & Drive Components: Covered under the machine parts warranty • Wear Items and Consumables: Not covered (including brushes, squeegees, hoses, pads, belts, batteries, filters, and other replaceable parts) Warranty Conditions & Exclusions: • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. • Warranty does not cover damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, or use of non-genuine parts. • Normal wear and tear, consumables, and cosmetic damage are excluded from warranty coverage. • Batteries and chargers (if applicable) may have separate or limited coverage per manufacturer specifications.
