Hard Floor Sealer for Concrete, Terrazzo, Marble & VCT
Eclipse Hard Floor Sealer is a commercial hard floor sealer designed to improve floor finish adhesion, resist staining, and help protect properly prepared hard floor surfaces. It dries clear on the floor and provides a low-odor sealing layer before floor finish application.
Eclipse 403 is ideal for concrete, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, and similar hard surfaces. It is also suitable for VCT, vinyl, and similar resilient flooring where a floor sealer is needed before applying compatible floor coatings.

Application Directions
- Apply thin coats using a clean synthetic mop.
- Allow the floor to dry thoroughly between coats.
