- Machine Components (Polyethylene & Structural Foam): 10-year limited warranty
- Vacuum Motors: 5-year limited warranty when used with genuine NaceCare HepaFlo bags (if applicable)
- Electrical Parts: 2-year limited warranty
- Labor Allowance: 2-year (where applicable)
Important Notes: Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase by the end user or six (6) months from distributor purchase, whichever comes first. Wear items, accessories, filters, pads, brushes, belts, hoses, and vacuum bags are not covered. Warranty service must be performed by an authorized NaceCare distributor or approved service center.
