Carrier Selection
Monster Janitorial LLC reserves the right to select the method of delivery on all flat-fee and free-shipping orders. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS, or common carrier freight depending on item size, weight, destination, and manufacturer requirements.
Hazardous, Oversized & Freight Items
Hazardous materials, oversized items, heavy products, or freight shipments may require additional shipping and handling charges. If applicable, customers will be notified by email or phone after the order is placed and prior to shipment.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
An order confirmation email is sent for every purchase. Order status and available tracking information may be viewed by logging into your account on our website.

Flat Fee & International Shipping
Flat Fee Shipping – Continental United States
The $16.95 flat fee shipping applies only to standard parts orders shipped via UPS Ground within the Continental United States.
Flat fee shipping does NOT apply to:

Additional Notes:

Oversized, overweight, hazardous, or freight items may incur additional charges

Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional shipping fees

Canada Shipping – Standard Parts

Flat rate shipping: $75.00 USD for standard parts orders

Orders ship via USPS International

Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges

Delays related to customs clearance are outside Monster Janitorial’s control

Oversized, heavy, or freight shipments to Canada will be quoted separately
Shipping Address Responsibility
Monster Janitorial LLC ships only to the purchaser’s physical business or residential address. If items are shipped to an alternate location, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or misdelivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Backorders & Substitutions
Monster Janitorial LLC reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or comparable specification in the event of a manufacturer backorder. Customers will be notified if a substitution is required.
Damage & Shortage Claims
All missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be processed.

Returns & Order Cancellation Policies

Electronic components, chargers, batteries, and special-order items may be non-returnable
Parts Returns by Manufacturer

EDIC parts carry a 25% restocking fee

Equipment Returns Policy (Commercial Equipment)
Commercial equipment purchases are generally considered final sale.
General Equipment Return Conditions
Equipment returns are not guaranteed and require prior written authorization (RMA) from both the manufacturer and Monster Janitorial.
Approved returns must be:

Unused

Unopened
-
Complete with all manuals, accessories, and original packaging
Used, assembled, installed, or operated equipment is not eligible for return.
Additional Conditions:

Customer is responsible for all return freight, handling, and insurance

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
Equipment Restocking Fees
Approved equipment returns are subject to manufacturer restocking fees, typically ranging from 15% to 25%. Fees are deducted after inspection and approval. Credit is issued only after the equipment is received and inspected.
EDIC Equipment Returns

Warranty-related issues are handled separately under EDIC warranty policy.
TASKI Equipment Returns
TASKI equipment returns are governed strictly by manufacturer policy:

Typical return window: ~30 days from invoice

Equipment must be new, unused, unopened, and complete

Restocking fee typically 15%–25%

Special-order, custom, demo, or discontinued equipment is non-returnable
Karcher & Windsor Equipment Returns
As an authorized distributor of Karcher and Windsor commercial equipment:

Returns may be considered within 30 days of delivery with approved RGA

Equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

20–25% restocking fee applies

Customer is responsible for all return freight costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Gas-powered units must be completely drained of fuel and oil prior to return
Warranty claims are handled through authorized service channels and are not considered returns for refund.

Service & Maintenance Disclaimer
Monster Janitorial sells equipment and OEM replacement parts. Manufacturer service plans, on-site repairs, and maintenance services are provided directly by the manufacturer or authorized service providers and are not included with equipment purchases unless contracted separately by the end user.
