Shipping Policies

1. We reserve the right to choose method of delivery, on all flat fee and free shipping orders. Most orders however, will be delivered by common carriers or UPS Ground service.

2. Hazardous materials and oversized products may require additional shipping costs. These items are marked in our online catalog as (cannot ship UPS). In these cases you will be notified after your order has been placed either by email or telephone of additional charges.

3. You will be emailed a confirmation of each order and you will be able to monitor the status of your order by logging in to our main catalog.

4. You may contact us at any-time regarding your order at email at tonya@monsterjanitorial.com.

5. $9.95 Flat Fee Delivery is only valid on UPS Ground Shipments within the Continental United States.

6. Monster Janitorial LLC will only ship to the purchasers physical location. If items are shipped to a location that is not the purchasers home or business the purchaser will be responsible for any items that are lost and any or all shipping charges. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes or Post Offices.

7. Monster Janitorial LLC reserves the right to replace your product with a product of equal similarity in the case of a back order.

8. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours by emailing us at tonya@monsterjanitorial.com.  Claims for damage or missing products will not be processed after 48 hours of receiving products.

Sales on all types of floor equipment are final with no returns allowed.

No returns are accepted after 30 days on all products.
