How do I order parts?

Ordering parts from Monster Janitorial is easy. Use our Parts Manuals to locate your part number, search for it on our website, and add it to your cart. Need help? Contact us any time.

Where can I find a parts manual or diagram for my machine?

Visit our Parts Manuals section. Manuals are organized by manufacturer and model for quick access to diagrams and part numbers.

The part number I have isn't coming up in search. What should I do?

Try removing dashes or periods. If it still doesn’t show, contact us at tech@monsterjanitorial.com and we will verify it or suggest a replacement.

I don't know what model my machine is. How can I find out?

Look for a tag or label on your machine – the location varies by brand and model. If you're unable to find the model or cannot locate a matching manual, email a photo of the machine to tech@monsterjanitorial.com and we will assist.

I can’t find a parts manual/diagram for my model on your site. What should I do?

If your parts manual is not listed, please email us with your machine’s model and serial number. Our team will help you locate the correct manual or part information.

The parts diagram on your site doesn’t match my machine. Why?

There may be multiple revisions. Confirm using your serial number or contact our tech team for help.

I need help identifying the right parts for my machine. Can you help?

Yes. Describe the part or send a photo to tech@monsterjanitorial.com. We can usually identify it.

Do you have pictures of parts on your website?

Some parts do not have images. Diagrams/manuals are the best reference. Contact us for additional clarification if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Monster Janitorial gift certificates.

What if my organization is tax-exempt?

We collect sales tax in Texas only. To request tax-exempt status:

  1. Create an account on our website.
  2. Email your exemption certificate to sales@monsterjanitorial.com.
  3. We will mark your account tax-exempt and notify you once complete.

Do you offer discounts for distributors or resellers?

Yes, we offer up to 10% discounts on select brands. Email sales@monsterjanitorial.com with details about which brands or machines you plan to purchase to apply.

Can I place an order using Net 30 terms?

We offer Net 30 terms to schools, government agencies, and public institutions only. Contact us before ordering to apply.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $16.95 for most orders. Most shipments arrive within 1-14 business days. Additional freight charges may apply for large, oversized, heavy parts or batteries (which ship via LTL freight).

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada. For international orders outside these regions, please contact us to coordinate shipping arrangements and ensure all required documentation is properly prepared.

What payment methods do you accept for large or international orders?

Preferred method is ACH or wire transfer. A 3.5% credit card fee applies to large or international equipment orders.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In-stock items ship in 1-3 business days. Special orders take 7-10 business days. Orders typically arrive in 1-14 business days.

How can I check my order status or track my shipment?

Log in to your account or check your email for tracking. Contact us if you need help.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders already processed or shipped may be subject to a return and restocking fee.

What is your return policy? Do you charge a restocking fee?

Returns are accepted within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies. Machines and some electronics are not returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping unless it was our error.

I received the wrong part in my order. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. We’ll correct the error and provide return instructions if needed.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Most equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us with your serial number and issue to begin a claim. Most parts do not come with a warranty, but we can check on a case-by-case basis after you receive the part.

I need a copy of my invoice. How can I get one?

Email customerservice@monsterjanitorial.com or log in to your account to download your invoice.
